As retirement or separation from the school system approaches, countless K-12 professionals find themselves grappilng with uncertainty. The idea of working

in a job that is no longer the best fit or settling for a lower-level position post-retirement can be discouraging.

But settling for less doesn't have to become a reality for you. You see, sadly many educators, although they possess highly marketable skills, underestimate the knowledge and strategy it requires to transition to those dream careers and consulting roles beyond the school systems.Tragically, many quit or retire prematurely.

Granted, K-12 educators do possess a wealth of highly marketable skills and talents that can be leveraged across multiple industries.
